It could be as straightforward as Americana i.e a with american first . In which case , you still have two to finish .

Fairly certain the letters are correct But thank you for trying. The E and S come from Valu e s of Trade and Oppo s ing(It's what a ledger records presumably and Rival one on the other side)
Perhaps a ledger records "volume" and a rival is an "opponent" , provided no other letters invalidate . I cannot believe Americana is incorrect .
