Right or Left Handed

OK -I am right handed for writing but for some strange reason I am stronger with my L for others .Not ambidextrous.
My Ex -was in a rural school and he was knuckle rapped for writing with his L hand.He ended up having to use both sides of his brain and he was near genuis -I dont jest -he was tested,I woulldnt -trust me.
Now -do you think that because we are conditioned now to use the easy option we dont facilitate the 'other dormant' side of our brain.?

Just say L or R if I am too heavy on this -lol -I understand cos I just use the L side which is actually the R side- are you with me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Evening Dris honey , I write with my right hand but can write legibly with my left , my left leg is stronger than my right.
The mouse is in my right hand while I type with just the left .

I am left-handed, but my English teacher made me write my name on the board with the chalk in my right hand, just to prove that I wasn't making my handwriting look untidy on purpose. I prefer to "mouse" right-handed though.

Yours is not an uncommon situation - many people use one hand for fine work such as writing and the other hand for strength.

I have always been able to use both hands equally - useful for using a mouse and making written notes at the same time.

I'm much the same - I write with my right hand but can write with the left if necessary. If I play any racquet sports or anything like rounders etc. though I play left handed. (Not that I do much of that nowadays).

I cant write with my left hand -its just a scrawl.

LOL @ only left handed people are in their right mind -must use that one !

Do you think that ambidextrous people are brainier because both sides of their brain are used?

Zac -I honestly was being serious -you werent the only one who posted with the same ability -I truly was amazed -like I said my left hand is stronger but it certainly aint accurate.

Me - rolling a mouse with my left hand -OMG -doesnt bear thinking about -think I really have to try to develop the R side of my brain -wonder how I can do that lol

Hi Dris i'm right handed, i use both hands to type, but i mainly favour my right hand for most things, i'll hold the mouse in my right hand, hold a racquet in my right hand, i even carry my bag in my right hand.

I write Right handed - Eat left handed - Type with Both.

By eat Left handed I mean I have my fork in my Right hand, knife in the Left - if uesing a spoon that goes in my Right.
