Who is he ??

This is a very strange question................ Last weekend I was in London and saw someone who looked familiar. Last night I was watching Match of the Day 2 and there he was being interviewed outside Fulham football ground. He was wearing a green V necked jumper and he has light brown receding short hair. If anyone can tell me where I have seen him before. ?? TV or author. I cannot place him and it is driving me mad. Thanks

Well I hope someone helps you cos I know what its like. On Saturday I saw twins (complete with cameraman so know I am not imagining that they were someone famous) but can I think who they are - even spent ages googling tv twins
