I've answered all the clues in this week's Spectator crossword but am really stuck with the perimeter of the puzzle.

If you are a seasoned Spectator solver you'll know the importance of the title to the crossword.
21a in conjunction with the title should give you the clue to the perimeter.

If you have a copy of Bradford's all of the perimetical words are listed there under the heading of the theme word.
