Can someone please tell me the two commands uttered to the dobermans to attack and leave in the aforesaid film. Thanks.

I can only remember the leave one - "Cut"

The particular boy (from Brazil) who owned the dogs was a keen amateur photographer. The 'attack' command was, I think, 'PRINT. I'm still mulling over the 'leave' command, but it was again something to do with photography. Sorry it's half an answer, Merlinius, hope it jogs others' memories. Will post again if the lightbulb goes on :-)

My recolllection is that the commands were food related. I certainly remember ketchup and I think maybe mustard.

My head is now buzzing with the word "SET" - does that ring a bell with anyone or is it imagination running. Definitely not food tho - I've seen that film too many times to know that.

I've just been on to www.imdb.com and eventually found:

"Cut" - Leave
"Action" - Attack but not kill
"Print" - Attack and kill

In that case, all I can come up with is that I'm remembering the book. They must have made some changes for the filmed version.
