Odd question as if if it is an OUTER lining of an organ it is difficult to see how it can also be an inner lining.An old term for the peritoneal folds of the stomach is CAUL and that term is sometimes used for the lining of the amniotic sac in the pregnant uterus, so I agree with ladyalex, go for CAUL.
