There are plenty of bright lights in the West. But this one shines above them all. In fact, even 10 miles into space, you could supposedly read a newspaper by its light. Send me a photo of this light and tell me which city it shines in.

Okay I don't understand why so many are cheating on this contest but at the same time I don't know why so many are getting as upset as they are. It isn't like your not reading the same answers they are....on the web. But usually wrong THOMAS.....why not just not post, I think most are smart enough to look up your answer.
