8D Definition - 'Etruscan VIPs'.
Wordplay - A three letter colloquial way of spelling 'love' with the last letter removed followed by a three letter word meaning 'with' ( think Latin) followed by ones (= somebodies).

19D 'See' = v followed by an anagram of musician + c (c = 100).
9d Lucumones

19d Vaccinimus

Thank you both. Why does see = v though? I don't understand that.
V is an abbreviation for vide..Latin for see.

Ah, now I understand. Thank you.
19d is VacciniUMs not Vaccinimus

Use your HEAD !
CSI, you are quite right of course.

I transposed the two letters when I typed them.

Sorry.
