How many litres of fuel will I need?

Can anyone tell me roughly how many litres of fuel I will need to get from Cheltenham to Hull and Back again? It's 205 miles, mainly motorway, and I drive a Citroen Xantia 1.9 litre diesel, using bio fuel at 85p per litre

Okay, I have a sheet of paper that mu husband logs the mileage on. It says:

23/03/08 - put in 40 l - mileage 42445
03/04/08 - put in 40 l - milegae 42714

so hes saying he gets 269 miles from 40l maybe.

therefore 1 litre = 6.725 miles

so 205 miles will roughly use 30.48L

30.48 x 0.85 = �25.91

Slight miscalculation here.

205 miles is just a one way trip. It's another 205 miles back again!
