Green public parks - sikhs

Ours are occupied by OAP sikh gents who sit on the benches all day......not polite enuf to offer seat to others, who may want to rest awhile. Because of their constant park occupation, the birds are frightened off, also squirrels! Where do these men (no women) come from.....they appear every year in summer. Would someone ask them to meet in each others gardens and return our parks to the wildlife so we can all 'steam' thru and enjoy.
