My wife was in Florida and saw lots of similar and familiar white-bearded men; turns out it was the annual Ernest Hemingway look-a-like competition. Next day she saw lots of similar young men to find that was the young Ernest Hemingway look-a-like competition. Failing that, how about the "insect" from Kafka? You could metamorphose as the drink cut in or cut to the chase, go as F Scott Fitzgerald and arrive drunk.
