I think that the answer to 4 is 16 , and I believe that the one NOT written by a prophet is Jeremiah.
Pomegranates, according to Google, are mentioned in Deuteronomy and Exodus.

I am sorry but I do not agree with keyboardix. To me there are 17 prophetic books as Jeremiah is certainly counted as a prophet.

Also there are 8 books of the bible in which pomegranates are mentioned.
