I thought 8 and 9 might be The merry Widow , and The Pajama Game but I can't find either of them in the list of Musicals I have..

just thinking, and might be throwing spanner in the works, for no8.. the gay divorcee. which is what first sprang to mind before i read your answers, but now not sure if its musical or the name of a film...off to google it..

back again....it is a musical starring the wonderful fred astaire and ginger rogers, but plot is she is trying to get a divorce so shes not husbandless yet. but you never know how these quiz setters minds work......lol...
