Independant Adjudicators
2 Answers
If I want to run a competition, whereby entrants pay an entry fee and the winner takes a prize, say spot the ball, and have the winner be the person who picks closest to where an independant adjudicator places the ball once the competition is closed, who would qualify legally as an independant adjudicator? And would I need a lawyer present to protect myself against any action from people claiming it was unfair (even if I don't in any way plan to make it unfair, I want it to be as fair as possible, but also to protect myself incase anyone claims its unfair, so that theres no way they can sue me). So who would qualify as an independant adjudicator, and or would I need a lawyer present when the independant adjudicator picks the balls location?
