Crusaders clue for 21 d "They're grating things, snakes"
Squires clue for 21 d "Damask flowers"
They are both supposed to have the same answer, and I have R?S?S......The answer looks to me to be RASPS for the Crusaders, and ROSES for the squires.....Does anybody have any ideas on this one please?

Earlier today, some people were suggesting sending their entries with both answers - A/O & P/E...

Hi 4G.S. - "Brian" does say that he doesn't guarantee his answers & I wonder if he only does the cryptic clues, as it seems odd he doesn't mention the problem?

Hi King . . . . . I simply use 'Brian's' suggestions for just that - suggestions. He is usually spot on though.
