Thanks JMR27 I remember the Main Chance because it was filmed in York near me but wasn't sure how it fitted in.I'm pretty sure there was a programme called Arena so thanks very much

For 49 I had got Today but looking at your answers smouse I think it is more likely to be tonight.
For 56 I have got You've been Framed

I think the clue leads to Tonight as the answer. If it was Today I think the clue may have been 'Not Yesterday'
