I live in York, and I am looking to put my house on the market and realise its going to be hard work selling it the way the market is now. Is there any published figures on local estate agent performance on the internet, in terms of number of properties sold per month per estate agent?

I don't know but a drive around the area to look for Sold signs would give a good idea.
