Has anyone else joined this new version of the crossword pages? It's just refusing to let me in as 'we cannot take payment' yet the Worldpay thing has confirmed the payment!

Allegedly, I should just use my email address and password, as I did yesterday, and it should allow me to log in....
Unfortunately it seems to have forgotten who I am.
So I can't log in.

Thankx m8 gremlins obviously or a not adequately tested upgrade eh?
No, I can't log in either. I have to wonder why any of us continue to support this 'media group' - it is becoming more and more inept as the days pass.
Ahh Catron, Thanks for confirming that you have the same problem. All I can say is what a mess. Obviously the idiots at the telegraph who commissioned this "new" site, obviously forgot to test it properly.
Hi pbeach - yes, quite!
I logged in ok, but what a shambles! Not a "print" button in sight.

God knows who can have been stupid enough to think this is an improvement ... and even He is doubtful.

You mean you can only do the crosswords online? i.e. there is no option to print them off and do them offline?
I personally have absolutely no interest accruing "points" doing the crossword online.
I've just found out how to print ... it takes forever, you have to start playing online then there's "print". But the output is a joke, certainly not fit for what its intended use.

Sad to think that this must have cost a huge amount of money ... it looks like they want you to use it inline only.

That's why I wanted the 7 day trial as any improvements they have hitherto made to their website have been anything but!
Looks like I am going to start doing the Times crossword from now on.
The Guardian is free on-line and has a much better crossword than the Telegraph.
It worked ok for me. Could it be because I was merely transferring across from the previous set up.? Print button is bottom right of the puzzle you have selected and prints out to fill an A4 sheet
I had a previous set up, as I believe did Catron. I still cannot log in...
Well It has finally let me in, pbeach - so hopefully it will do the same for you soon. Yes, you are quite correct though, I was just transferring and it would still not let me log in - strange that is seems to be letting some in and not others. :-(

Just tried again and there's a message 'If you are having trouble logging in.......' and they give a guest email/password to use for the moment. I tried it and it's let me in but as'Dinky' and he has already done the xword!
Dog's dinner ot what!
Everybody E-Mail them. Maybe then they will get rid of this hideous set-up. I find it hard to believe that they think that people who do the Telegraph crossword are actually interested in points, leaderboards etc
