Does anyone know the correct name for the vocal tinkling sound made by a deer? Thanks.

Tinkling? Can't think of any that tinkle, exactly. Fallow bucks make a groaning noise in the rut. Red deer bellow. Roe and muntjac bark, quite like a dog, but usually single barks, very suddenly. What do you mean by tinkling? This isn't Rudolph's harness, is it? That, presumably, is technically known as jingling...
