If a contract has a typing error in it, for example; it asks you to go to heading (other information) for the info you require. But the info you require is in a different heading(key information) is this allowed and is the contract still enforceable???
I think it would depend on what the actual error was and if it was clearly understandable what was intended.
Most contracts have a clause in that that if one part is found to be unforceable then the remainder still stands as enforceable to protect people from this kind of error or terms ruled unfair etc...
The info that I needed to find, was about my right to cancel. It seems that it has been deliberately set out this way so that you miss or brush past without realising that important piece of info prior to signing.
