Could someone (Catron, BigDave) confirm the clue to 23ac for me please. I just want to make sure that the online version isn't incorrect....

Certainly the Toughie online as been inaccurate in some clues over the last few days.

Kayakamina many thanks - BigBoab just asked for the answer to this one above, so that helps. All I had was
23a (7,4,4,4,5,3) which as you can imagine is a little problematic.

Betterman, I am capable of working out the answer if given a viable clue. See above.
