i am horrified my hubby got me this game from an internet company for �24.99.the following week it went up to �49.95 now it is �52.49 another company is selling the same for �79.99.surely they cannot get away with charging these prices.i am glad we got mine while they were cheaper but how not right is this.

if stocks are limited then prices will rise.

some of these online stores act as internediates for other people ( a bit like the buy it now offers on ebay) and those are the suppliers who will want to charge more.

Shops can sell for what they like. Supply and demand. If the demand's great enough, folk will buy it at any cost and more fool them if they choose to pay an extortionate price for it.

We tried to get this for Grand-daughter's xmas pressie but the places with reasonable prices were sold out, those that had it in stock were extortionate. She is going to wait until after xmas now and get it when the feeding frenzy has died down a bit.
