I think your third answer may be Aprey.
Have you checked your letters are correct ?

I was given this xword from a friend who was stuck. I never questioned his answer "East" for the clue "Orient" but now you say Scroll (I'm sure you're right) I'm sure"East" is "Asia" & "S" starts the word - thanks so much The French factory is now A?R?Y - all other clues are ok -definitely !
