Thanks for your help. I am still trying to work out how it fits specifically into the north east section of the quiz I have tried to locate any newspaper stories particularly, in the Northern Echo, to see if some sort of survey was carried out .It has to relate to the North East, that's the problem.
Your info may well be the answer, but I need to find why

Tough one this. Harry Worth lived at 52 or 53 Acacia Avenue and I don't recall any characters on teh show living at 28, nor was it based in North East!
The address 28 Acacia Avenue is used for lot of hypothetical examples in books/papers on tax (eg tolleys Tax Guide where Mr and Mrs Albatross live there) and on house surveys.
It also features in several books (http://books.google.com/books?q=%2228+Acacia+A venue%22&btnG=Search+Books) , including Toby Potts in the Temple of Gloom and Other Adventures of Our Intrepid Hero‎ , where a Mr and Mrs Gray lived but i can't see any reference to a location in North East
