Does anyone know how to find out which poet wrote the most lines of poetry

Answers are : John Milton, William Shakespeare and William Wordsworth

Number of lines are 87000, 54000 & 20000

Am presuming answer is poetry only and does not include Shakespeare's plays.

ha ha, it is a rotten question isn't it!!
Get hold of a copy of Milton's complete works and by reference to page numbers , assess the proportion that Paradise Lost bears to the whole . Paradise Lost is about 10000 lines and my guess (only) is that Milton is the lowest of your numbers .
