It's a rather belated welcome to this second week of the New Year, when Queen Meg will once again set the words to be linked! I have been preoccupied with getting prepared for Quiz Night at the local Cricket Club that I completely forgot you lot!
I can only promise that it should be business as usual; the posting should open at 8.45am and the four words to be linked should be declared at 9.00am for Week 2 of our Link Game. Of course, it will also be the second week for the international version of this same game which is called KM Links and kicks off at an earlier time. Why not chance your arm at both Link Games? They remain open for most of the weekend and all entries are scored and entered on to master scoreboards.
Hi both, quiet night so far, see you have the entertainment and the drinks lined up Jan. Hope you have nice birthday tomorrow and you enjoy the theatre. Alan has heard him speak and said he was quite entertaining. (Bit of a ladies man!!)
thanks for that lanie, have been quite worried the nearer it gets that it may be dull,
wonder what I have dragged Steve along to?
sure it will be fine. hope to get a book signed
Ah Jan...shame he is ill isn't it....another good film...my girls love it! :-))
Just had neighbour on the phone...yes I know...I can never understand that...phoning next door!!!
Maybe they don't like seeing me!! :-((
Laney when my sons were taking their GCSEs I said I should have sat with them I am sure I would have passed as I
typed up most of the couse work and sourced most of it too
I helped somebody with an essay a few years ago, gave a draft of what I would put, and they submitted my whole effort as their own! I was well put out...I got an A though, so that took some of the sting out of it.
I was still furious though. They thought it was funny... :-((
miss meg...it will be just fine..it was last week!!
The only thing was that I didn't get any!!
Now as there are not many people in here tonight...you could always give us a hint!...nobody will know! :-))
Lucky for me Pauline, he has done it only wants confirmation. I have never read Frankinstein so I had to read about 4 chapters to see if he had the right idea!
