Can anybody tell me why on some Archer's Brewery pump clips (the badge on the front of beer pump handles, that tells you what beer is on that particular pump) they either have the words 'Swindon' or 'Brewery' or 'The Brewers'? Is it random or perhaps chronologically related, or some other reason that escapes me? Nobody at Archer's seems bothered enough to reply to my question! Anorakish I know, but to a collector of such things - interesting.
