Sorry, thought I'd completed this crossword, but I noticed that the answer to 31d (attire of thoughtful person, unlike Henry VIII, on top) has been given as Thinking Cap which is what I thought first and then I re-thought and got Thinking Man); which is right please? Cantthink

thanks, but what has the answer got to do with Henry VIII except 'king' is in the answer? Cantthink
nobody would think of henry Viii as thin now would they.
Henry 8 was a fat king, so unlike Henry 8 is a thin king, plus top = cap
If you look at his portraits, he was not a 'thin king'.
plus the word attire points to an item of cclothing
clothing even LOL
cclothing would be a copy of a designer original
