t-shirt licensing deals

i am in a streetrock band, and have designed a t-shirt logo for the band that our record company wants to use for t-shirt manufacture and sales of the same. we as a band wish to make a license agreement for the shirt with the record company, so that they can sell the shirt, but pay us something too. can someone please advise me as to the generally accepted licensing agreement terms that i could reasonably ask from the record company?
