22 I have Rotten Row (corrupt - rotten and row for oar)

32 I have Stranrear (anagram of star plus rear backwards)

I am stuck on 15 - I was trying to think of all the famous bridges in the world, e.g. brooklyn but I cannot find a brooklyn in the UK
Good thought on Stranraer. Thanks. Not sure about Rotten Row as area not a place, but could be a location.
I wondered if 15 could be Waterloo
