Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Regarding the last two pictures in the quiz, I thought I had the man in the hat (next to last) but I have now found a definite answer for the last one and the surnames don't fit together. In fact I'm having a hard time linking the surname of the last one to anything and am consequently stuck. Can anyone give me a clue to the man in the hat (next to last) please?

(Hoping I'm not asking too much, or giving too much away, so as not to spoil the quiz for other participants.)

You won't get any help for this particular quiz on this site as answers are jealously guarded. Have you tried posting on http://www.iqagb.co.uk, If you use their prize quizzers forum people are often happy to pm you with information. Good on a quiz like this because then the info is not broadcast to all and sundry. Good luck with the quiz.

Thanks Quizbag, I got the answer myself earlier today anyway after much thought! I was right with my first answer but couldn't see that there was a valid connection there.

I had thought there would be no objections to asking for clues rather than answers (which I don't want - I like to work things out) but...

I appreciate you taking the time to help.
