I think we all reach a time in our lives when we might look back and wish we'd done....been... whatever, and then decide that it might be a good idea to do it before ill health or other committments take over.
Having said that, a close relative of ours got to 40, and suddenly swapped his car for a bright yellow mini. He's a big bloke, and looked pretty silly squashed into it, with "Born to be Wild" blasting out from the speakers! Suppose you could say that this was his "mid life crisis", and at least he didn't start dressing diferently or wearing different aftershave - otherwise his wife might've thought he was having an affair!

well from a blokes perspective..it's when you realise that everything is sh*t! you've just spent the last twenty years married to someone who you hate and would have no qualms about shooting in the face..your job (the high point in your life) is sh*t...everything that you thought you had achived is,in the grand scheme of things,sh*t...you can't afford to do anything that would make you happy ,you realise that you have lost your mojo, and you wake up every morning, look up at the ceiling and think..should i go to work or just slash my wrists??
in fact it's the point that you realise that it would be better to top yourself than to continue on and have to put up with doing the same sh*t every f**king day for the next twenty or thirty years only to end up with a painful death in a stinking hospital bed...then again, some guys try to fool themselves and get a new sports car and a younger woman unaware of the world of pain that will bring!

aaaawwww gonzo.
I can't believe that things are that bad. :-(
Everybody has the same sh!t day after day mate. It's what you make of it day to day that counts.
Smile at someone, and watch them smile back.
Or look out for a beautiful thing every day. Even if it's just a flower in your garden.
Cheer up luv. It will soon be summer.
