I recently sent an email to the Telegraph suggesting that the entry coupon for Monday's Herculis Crossword would be more user-friendly if it was moved to immediately below the grid.
It will be no surprise to devotees of Answerbank that I received an automated acknowledgement and that (once again) nothing has come of my "good" suggestion.
Is there anyone out there who can "get through" to the Crossword Editor of the Telegraph Media Group to bring about sensible suggestions ?

I asked why I should continue to subscribe to Clued-up, when they fail to publish the Saturday General Knowledge online. For two weeks, now.
No reply, of course.
I don't get what you are on about ... sorry :)
I just cut it out well below the grid and attach two sticky labels.
One with my name and address ..
( I have a stamper thingy )and one with the link words .It's no problem .I find it far better than the old Herculis where they they gave you nowhere to put your details !
As for a reply from the Telegraph ..don't hold your breath :)
I've just started a section of my blog for suggestions about improving CluedUp - add anything you want in there (that is, things that are physically possible!!) and I'll forward it to the Puzzles Editor (they don't have a Crossword Editor any more!).
