President Roosevelt was so hated by conservatives that they referred to him as "That Man in the White House" because they couldn't bear to say his name. I assume this got started by some columnist or political opponent. Can any AB-er tell me who-how-when?

I know that alot of people hated him because of the forming of the UN.He and churchhill got in bed with Stalin,who they knew was a mass murderer so that they could exercise more control over the world.In the meantime,they let Stalin go right back to murdering jews and christians. There are probably more domestic reasons that I don't know.
