Ivan (the terrible) + ova (eggs)

yes those are the 2 I,ve seen, and I can't decide between them.Is the quiza setter likely to have gone for a name I've heard of, or one that makes sense but I wouldn't have heard of until doing this quiz!

I would go for jared25s answer because it makes sense!
Ivanova is quite a well known city NAME in Russia and also a popular Russian surname.
I'm not doing this quiz so doesn't matter to me what you decide on.
