In Emmerdale on Friday night, the gorgeous Maisie did a quiz and one of the questions was "Name three UK number 1 chart hits, where the title is not in the lyrics."
She came up with the answers of
UNCHAINED MELODY

Are there anymore?

double barrel by dave and ansel collins.
Killer by Adamski
Albatross - Fleetwood Mac maybe not technically correct as there are no lyrics :)
Smells Like Teen Spirit, Nirvana.
Sympathy for the Devil, Rolling Stones.
is it not number 1 hits!
The Imigrant Song - Led Zep
Foul on Nirvana, hc. S.L.T.S. only got to Number 7 in the UK charts.

Sadeness (Part 1) by Enigma
Yes, Immigrant song doesn't include the lyrics 'Immigrant Song'... but it wasn't even a single in the UK, never mind a number one.
I'm sure instrumentals don't count either.

What about The Importance of being Idle by Oasis?
Side Saddle Russ Conway

Apache The Shadows

The Good The Bad & The Ugly HugoMontenegro

Angel Fingers (Wizard 1973)

Dreadlock Holiday (10CC 1978)

Abba-Esque (Erasure 1992)

Ballad of John & Yoko? (Beatles 1969)

Orinoco Flow (Enya 1988)
Sorry Supermike, whilst I agree with Abba-esque and Ballad of John and Yoko, can I point out the following regarding your other suggestions but:

1. Dreadlock Holiday does include the lyric 'dreadlock holiday' - for example it has the verse/chorus:
I don't like cricket
I love it (Dreadlock Holiday)
I don't like reggae
I love it (Dreadlock Holiday)
Don't like Jamaica
I love her (Dreadlock Holiday)

2. Orinoco Flow includes the lineWe can sail, we can sail... with the orinoco flow

3. Angel Fingers has a chorus of
Angel Fingers, Angel Fingers
How Id sing for the things you do
How it lingers, Angel Fingers
Thats why I fell in love with you </>
