Hi guys; have had problems remeberign, well anything/k, as the wife is away! Could not eben log in. The b was a deliberate mitsake - remember theat in the 60s or wa it....
Anyway, tot he buso:
11a Flowering plant with spiny leaves... and I have
-C-R-H-S. [But I only got a B at A Level in Botany and an A in the S Paper............}
Then, I have the following - another Botany question - I blame the ou-of-date syllabus; and it reads:
14 d Woolly substance that infests some fruti trees, and I have: A_P _ E {APPLE even for a Divvy like me!} and then _L_G_T. Of course, it could all be ebbying away much as in Round the Horne, but I try to keep the faith.
