Meant to add a comment when I posted the answer above.

As you can see your question was answered already some time back. There is a search facility on this site but it is not very good. I copy and paste a question or part of a question into Google Advanced Search and that usually gives a link back to this site if someone has asked the question before.

Thats me out, I don't know how to paste

It's easy. Select a text with the left mouse then click on the right mouse and it will give you the option to Copy. Then go to Google for instance right click again and you have the Paste option. Hope that isn't too much like gobbledygook.
