Enter Network Password Box

For the last few days I have had a dialogue box appear on my screen as soon as I connect to the internet. It says 'Please type your user name and password and has 3 lines, Server, User Name, Password and OK and Cancel at the bottom. It appears to be from the ISP I used until April of this year. I have tried typing in the password, closing the box with the X in the top right hand corner, clicking OK, clicking Cancel. Nothing works! I cannot get rid of it, it is driving me insane. Any ideas, pse, you clever lot out there???

In IE click Tools/internet Options
Assuming that you have a broadband router, on the Connections tab, select Never Dial a Connection

Thanks for your suggestion Rojash but that is the setting I already have.
