When I try to insert clip art into a word project, it tells me to it is only on a CD ..I have installed the complete application of word , works office etc but I still cant get any clip art ???

Have a look at this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/235848/en-us I've had problems finding and installing clip art in Office 97 before and had to copy a folder over from the CD. There are media CDs with later office products which, I believe, you install seperately.

The clip art should still be on the CD. You should have the CD in the drive when trying to use clip art. Because it takes up space a lot of programes that have clip art function this way.

Thank you both for answering my Question,, I tried the MS site and done what they said but still no clip art ! Although I do get thumbnails, and when I click on 'insert' it says to put the CD in .. But as I have to remove my CD player to use my Floppy I cant edit the floppy ...
