Put this in as Hengist, but on checking, notice some sources give spelling as Hengest.
Any opinions as to correct version?

the original spelling was henggist so I would go for hengist

Many thanks Simon-Bloom. It will be interesting to see which the compiler chooses (or if either will be acceptable).
In these circumstances I usually run a diagonal line across the square and will put I one side and E the other
