spanish flea tv show theme?

The song spanish flea was in the simpsons recently with homer singing along.  I think it was also used for the newlywed game or the dating game in America, but was it also used as the theme tune for a british sit com or quiz show?  "there was a little spanish flea..."  Any help would be much appreciated.

That Julius Wechter song was a hit for Herb Alpert in the mid 60s; I dont know if it was used as a theme but another Alpert song, Bean Bag, (off the SRO album) was used on "its a knockout"

10 Years on and still no one can give the answer yet 1000's are still LQQKing for the British TV programme. This has been driving me mad for months, loads of people know this tune from a TV programme but cannot say which one.
