Im 15 and i would like to find somewhere in herts area to learn more about buddhism if you have any ideas let me know

You may prefer Taoism (pronounced "dowism") as Buddhists espouse celibacy.
The principle text is called "The Way And It's Power" by Lao Tzu (or Lao Tsen depending on translation method, pingyin etc) Taoism predates Buddhism in China by about 200 years although Lao Tsen is not believed to have actually existed as a man but rather it's a collection of works by ancient scholars.
Both creeds although markedly different in essence are easily accessible to the reader, good luck with your search.
