A big thank you to all who supported our 70's quiz. We know the prizes aren't huge but all the money raised will be helping disadvantaged children in Fiji.

And thrilled to say that despite so many answers being asked on here and another site I am a winner

and yes all my own work. Mind you I did have the local records office trying to find who died in Belper on the Derwent before the penny dropped lol

Yes! Very well done Jean, You deserve to win as you don't beg for answers and the quiz is SOOOO hard.
I have friends in Duffield. They refuse to acknowledge Belper in their address. What was that answer just for curiosity's sake?

It is these eureka moments that make quizzing still worthwhile although it was disappointing to see some of the ones I had googled for weeks given away without even just giving a clue
I would have given clues I am happy with that which is why I hope the fundraising quiz site forum starts to work for those who want to quiz in that way

A really good quiz but unfortunately there were several questions I couldn't solve. Rather than 'cheat' and request
answers for several questions I opt to not send my sheet in - the charity still gets their money and I get enjoyment from the challenge. Too many quizes are now spoilt by people requesting so many answers.
