Cooking Apples
My mum has given me a few apples from a tree in her garden. I am not very good at cooking desserts but thought I might give one a go or maybe try making apple sauce? I am not sure how long this keeps though. Anybody have any idea's what I could try doing with these apples?

useful for crumbles, pies, or just plain old apple sauce. add whatever sugar or sweetener you want when you thaw it out to use.
