Cockney Rhyming Slang - whats oast house?

Hi i was asked yesterday if i knew what is meant by Oast House or Oast Houses in Cockney Slang. I dont and cant find anything on it? does anyone out there know what it means and can let me know? cheers

Never come across that one & I've lived in the ''East End'' all my life, the nearest I can get to it would be oats'n'barley which in cockney slang means Charlie or Cocaine
The obvious would be trousers - although not the standard phrase. Sounds like someone's made it up.
