Ah,peppercorn sauce is made with double cream...so no good for anyone on a diet.You might be able to get a low fat packet mix though.

I would do gravy, slink, but I also like to do onion sauce with pork chops/loins... mmmm sounds lush!! Mr D is making cottage pie, and he's also made a chilli for tomorrow while he was at it - Good ol' Mr D :)) xx
