Did my Best Friend Betray me?
1 Answers
My girlfriend cheated on me, a while ago. We been together for 2years, she finally confessed a few weeks ago. She said it only happen 1 time and she was really sorry and would spend her life trying to make up for it. I told her I needed some time to think and let me heal. I did what I always do, when something bad happens, I turned to my best friend who is a female. It’s like Pebbles and Bam-Bam, we grew up together since we were babies, our parents were all good friends in college. She is my rock and foundation, everything in life we had, we shared as one and she is my good friend.
The reason I’m giving background on her, is, that she and my girlfriend have become good friends. My Best Friend, is getting married and asked that I be the Best Friend in her wedding, a honor that is special to me. (I’m not a female so a “maid of honor” title is out of the question.)
When my Girl Friend told me she cheated on me, I called my Best Friend, and asked if I could come down early before the wedding to cool off, she and her fiancé agreed. I’m good friends with her fiancé and he is a good man. I stayed at his guest room, (a week before the wedding) they both told me, to forgive her and that we were meant to be together. A couple days later I had a dream, that ran into my Girl Friend and she was crying, saying she was sorry. She smelled good, looked beautiful and had my favorite dress that I like when she wears (a short black dress.) I held her in my arms and told her she hurt me, she said she was sorry and that she loved me, needed me. I kissed her and we did it. I work up, it was early in the morning, my Best Freind was coming in from a jog and saw that I was up, so I told her about the dream, she said it was my inner feeling and a sign that I missed my Girl Friend.
A few days later at the engagement party, before they had their own bachelor/bachelorette, it was at her parents hous
