Why no hols for 19 years? You obviously didn't go back to my thread last week when I said that I am having major surgery on 21st (if it doesn't get cancelled!) That's why!! Should be back to normal by CHRISTMAS!!!

This site is so difficult that my brain must be addled. I thought I saw a post stating that you (The King) were on holiday. By next week I will be telling people I have been abducted by aliens! By the way I won a Cross pen a few weeks ago and it has been given to a deserving nephew who is off to read medicine at Cambridge. Thanks for the help all.

Paross, I want to wish you all the best and hope the operation goes well. On 21st, after a 12 hour flight, I will land in Mauritius where I have to work for ten days.

Hi again. Just come back home from Sunday dinner outing. It was gorgeous, roast beef and all the trimmings. Called on my youngest son on the way home as he ran 13 miles this morning for a .childrens leukaemia charity. I am very proud of him. I've no doubt that he'll come round in the week and hoover up all our cash for the sponsorship! What have you been up to this afternoon?
