Cats won't eat much their regular food
My cats are 16 months old and both are male. They are indoor cats. Since they were 7 weeks old they have been eaten Whiskas food (kitten pouches till they were 12 months, and adult tins thereafter.). The Whiskas food are only Meat and/or Fish Jelly typed ones. Other than these types including other products/brand names they will not eat.
They loved their food and ate well. They ate litle amount but often. Used to eat 4 times a day as recommended by package and our vet. When they get older, we reduced to 3 times a day, then from last 2 months they had been eating twice a day plus one time snack in between.
For prevention and advised by our vet, we give them dewom tablet every 3 months. It usually didn't affect their appetites. But after we gave the last one (we gave them last Monday evening), they seem refusing eating their regular food and their snack? Everytime we try to feed them, they will come to their bowls, sniff the food and turn away.
They don't look ill. They still do activities as usual i.e.playing, chasing each other, etc. We begin to worry now because it has been 5 days they have not eaten much.
Anyone out there who have this type of experiene, or expert about carts, would you please advise us.
Thank you.
